I am the leader of the moral education department of xx county junior experimental middle school engaged in school psychological management, and have the opportunity to participate in this six-day training. The training content includes eight special lectures, including teachers' stress and emotional management, the application of learning psychology in classroom teaching, school mental health education and psychological curriculum design, and the application of group psychological games in classes. The development of mental health education in two schools was investigated on the spot, and the results were quite fruitful. My profound feelings are summarized as follows:

Professor Yang Minyi introduced the hardware facilities, building name, corridor, reception room, function room, psychological sunshine room and even the toilet of psychological consultation center of Qibao Middle School, each of which embodies its characteristics in details, making people feel comfortable in its characteristics; It also tells the importance of a strong team of psychological teachers in the school and the design concept of psychological classroom: easy feeling, deep understanding and real growth; Finally, I shared with you the highlights of Qibao Middle School, such as education teacher growth workshops, teachers' cultural salons, teachers' sunshine sports, teachers' food salons, carnivals and other courses with rich humanistic connotations, which made us realize that the school's mental health education should not be developed independently, but should be combined with campus culture and penetrate into every corner of the campus.

After listening to the professor's class, I understand that the theme of psychology class is systematic and flexible, and I can design the course according to my own needs. At the same time, I can design school-based teaching materials that conform to my school and start the course through different sections. The content of the lecture not only made me relive some common diseases and psychological problems of teenagers such as anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder and learning burnout, but also gave me some new gains and thoughts. With humorous, witty and warm language, Professor Li personally experienced real cases and let students experience the practical skills of crisis intervention. More accurately grasp how the school scientifically, correctly and effectively deals with students' sudden psychological events. Knowing how to make full use of crisis intervention in school and how to deal with it in case of crisis made me feel deeply and benefited a lot, and applied the truth to the actual work in school.
