In order to improve the quality and professional skills of our staff, enhance the ability to strictly perform their duties, realize the needs of laying a solid foundation and improving services, enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises, help enterprises establish a legal risk firewall, and better adapt to the needs of modern society, our department has specially formulated the 20 14 training plan as follows:
I. Training principles
1, adhere to the principle of teaching according to needs and stressing practical results. According to the relevant laws and regulations, to meet the needs of current political reform and development and the diverse training needs of employees, we will carry out training with rich content and flexible forms at different levels and categories, enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of training, and ensure the quality of training.
2. Adhere to the principle of combining independent training with external training. Integrate training resources, establish and improve training mechanism, base on independent training, do basic training and routine training, and do relevant professional training through external resources.
3. Adhere to the principle of saving funds and resources. According to the department's own situation and the company's development needs, participate in relevant training of training institutions appropriately. In order to save costs, each project arranges individual employees to participate in training. After the training, participants share resources with other colleagues in the department.

According to the development needs of the company, the training contents in 20 14 years mainly focus on the following aspects:

Third, training methods.
In order to improve the enthusiasm and absorption of employees, the training methods mainly adopt the following three ways:
1. Send employees to attend special training in legal training institutions.
According to the training plan of China Legal Education and Training Center and China Behavioral Law Society, combined with the department's own shortcomings and the company's development needs, select appropriate topics and send employees to participate in the training. After the selected employees come back to absorb and digest the knowledge, they will share what they have learned with the whole department in the form of lectures.
2. Invite experts and judges to give lectures and training.
According to the existing interpersonal resources, we invite university law professors, city intermediate people's courts and other judges with rich experience in trial and execution, and leaders of relevant departments of public security and procuratorial system to give lectures at their convenience, explain litigation skills and problem prevention in actual judicial operation, answer thorny problems encountered by departments in actual work, and inject fresh blood into boring training on paper.
3. Purchase legal materials and promote them within the department.
The most important thing to improve professional knowledge and skills is to use your spare time to recharge yourself. Ordering professional books and newspapers in some departments and reading and studying by yourself can not only save the whole time but also save money, and the knowledge learned can be absorbed and digested at any time. If you encounter problems that you can't solve, you can discuss them when you participate in the special topics of training institutions, or consult professors and judges. Make good use of resources and improve the overall quality of the department.

Through the implementation of the above-mentioned training plan, we will strive to raise our overall professional skills to a higher level.
