What should be the image of a trainer? I often joke that as a trainer, you should dress better than all the students on the spot. Of course, the good here does not refer to the brand, but to the formality of the image.

However, there are exceptions to everything. When a trainer is strong, he has relatively greater freedom in image. Just like the famous great god Steve Jobs wore a black sweater and jeans when he gave a speech to the whole world.

1. The image of a male coach

The formal attire of male trainers is generally dominated by suits. When wearing a suit, you should pay attention to the following six points:

(1) Features of a suit

The most important feature of formal dress must be a suit, so it is called a suit, and the upper body and lower body are the same fabric.

The second feature of formal dress is collar type, which can be divided into flat collar and push collar. Unbutton, the coat has four pockets. There are 1 pockets on the left, with lids and buttons, which are used to put wallets. It is safe to button up. There are three pockets on the right. Bag cigarettes or business cards in the upper mouth, pens in the middle pocket and keys and lighters in the lower pocket. These heavy things can increase the drape of the suit without bulging.

There are four or five pockets on the trousers, two side pockets on the left and right, and two pockets on the left and right rear hips, making a total of four.

Handkerchiefs, mobile phones and notebooks can be put in the left and right pockets. The two pockets of the back hip are filled with light and small things, such as a piece of paper with a phone number written on it, which can be folded and put here. When there is no small wallet, you can still put the change in your back pocket.

There is also a small pocket, on the right side of the front waist of trousers, which is a "pocket watch bag". I know from the name that it is used to put pocket watches.

The key to the correct use of suit pockets is internal use and external use. Try not to use the three pockets on the surface of a suit jacket. Their decorative function is greater than their practical function. Other pockets are hidden inside, which is used to put things.

Remember, although there are so many pockets in the suit, you must not let them bulge. The less things in your pocket, the better. Most of them should be in the briefcase.

(3) the "four views" of formal attire

? Look at the shoulders. The highest point of the shoulder line of a suit should match the intersection of the shoulder and the arm.

Second, look at the collar. The fit of a suit collar is determined by the shirt collar, so take your best shirt to buy a suit.

There are three standards for a shirt that fits: collar length, shoulder length and sleeve length.

The fitting standard of the collar is that after all the buttons are buckled, two fingers can be inserted between the neck and the collar, neither more nor less.

The standard of shoulder fit is that you touch it with your hands and find the intersection of shoulder and arm, which should be consistent with the highest point of the shoulder line of the shirt.

The standard of sleeve fit is that the arms droop naturally and the cuffs are buckled. The sleeve length stops at "the half position between the wrist and the tiger's mouth".

A tie is the soul of a suit.

Three factors should be paid attention to when choosing a tie: material, color and style.

The best tie is 100% silk, and the gorgeous silk luster is the finishing touch of the whole suit.

In principle, any color and pattern can be matched with formal clothes to enter important occasions. However, everything is not equal to the best, and the colors and patterns of ties are different. You can remember five rules about tie color: dark color is higher than light color; Gray is higher than bright color; Those without patterns are higher than those with patterns; Small patterns are higher than large patterns; Geometric patterns are higher than cartoon patterns.

Narrow ties look very energetic and are very popular with young people at present. Peace lapel suit is a perfect match.

Thin tie: it is easy to see on artists and fashion designers, but it is not suitable for trainers' formal clothes.

A male coach should have five ties:

The first paragraph: gray tie. This is the top configuration for important occasions, and it is often worn by presidents, presidents and senior men. Monochrome or dark jacquard fabrics can be used. Dark jacquard fabric means that when the light is very bright, you can vaguely see the pattern.

Accessories 2: socks. Socks should be long enough with a suit.
