(A) the "general examination" entry conditions

Anyone who abides by national laws and regulations and meets one of the following conditions may apply to take the first-class constructor qualification examination:

1, obtained a college degree in engineering or engineering economics, and worked for 6 years, including 4 years in construction management of construction projects.

2. Obtain a bachelor's degree in engineering or engineering economics, and have worked for 4 years, including 3 years in construction management of construction projects.

3. Graduated from double bachelor's degree or postgraduate class in engineering or engineering economics, and worked for 3 years, including 2 years in construction management of construction projects.

4. Get a master's degree in engineering or engineering economics, and have worked for 2 years, including construction management of construction projects 1 year.

5. Get a doctorate in engineering or engineering economics, and have been engaged in construction management of construction projects for 1 year.

(2) Application conditions for "Exemption from Examination in Two Subjects"

Those who meet the requirements of "unified examination" and have obtained the qualification certificate of first-class project manager of construction enterprises issued by the Ministry of Construction before February 3, 2003, and meet one of the following conditions, are exempted from taking the two subjects of "Construction Engineering Economics" and "Construction Engineering Project Management", and only participate in "Construction Engineering Regulations and Related Knowledge" and "Professional Engineering Operation and Management".

1, employed as a senior professional and technical post in engineering or engineering economy.

2, with engineering or engineering economics college degree or above and engaged in construction project construction management for 20 years.

(3) "Additional major" conditions:

Meet one of the following conditions, you can choose "additional major" to sign up for the exam:

1. Persons who have passed the examination and obtained the first-class constructor qualification certificate.

2, according to the former Ministry of personnel, the Ministry of construction approved the "construction qualification examination method", the examination found that the first-class construction qualification certificate.

The requirements for academic qualifications or degrees in the above registration conditions refer to formal academic qualifications or degrees recognized by the national education administrative department, and the years of working in construction management of construction projects refer to the sum of the time spent in this work before and after obtaining the required academic qualifications, and the calculation deadline is 20 17 12 3 1. Applicants with full-time academic qualifications, those who have not graduated, are not included in the relevant professional years.
