20 16 the following materials are required for the registration of the medical practitioner examination:
Original and photocopy of graduation certificate.
Original and photocopy of my valid identity certificate. My valid identification includes my ID card, military officer's card, civilian cadre or soldier's card, mainland pass and ID card (candidates from Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao) and passport (foreign candidates).
A certificate issued by the internship (or internship) institution of the candidate that the internship (or internship) has been completed for one year and passed the examination.
When applying for the examination of practicing doctors, assistant practicing doctors shall also submit the original and photocopy of the qualification certificate, practice certificate, practice time and examination certificate of assistant practicing doctors. If the work unit is a medical institution, candidates are required to submit a copy of the practice license of the institution.
To apply for the doctor qualification examination, you need to submit the Traditional Medicine Apprentice Qualification Certificate, the Traditional Medicine Professional Knowledge Certificate and the Traditional Medicine Apprentice and Professional Knowledge Qualification Examination Certificate.
Candidates registration photos. Candidates' registration photos should be 2-inch bareheaded front half-length color white background photos in the past 6 months (the photos are used for the preparation of doctor qualification certificate and doctor practice certificate at the same time, which is irreplaceable).
