Jinggangshan Red Culture Research Institute is an academic research institution integrating research and development, promotion and dissemination of red cultural products. Subordinate institutions include Jinggangshan Red Culture Education and Training Center, Jinggangshan Red Grand Theatre, Jinggangshan Hongqi Art Museum and Mao Zedong Sculpture Museum. Since its establishment, the College has formulated a package of macro-strategic planning and adhered to the principle of trinity development of teaching material development, teaching research and teacher team construction. The development of teaching materials closely revolves around the scientific connotation, historical background and value of the times of Jinggangshan red culture, and pays special attention to studying how to practice Jinggangshan spirit under the new historical conditions. Teaching research always implements the principle of close combination of classroom teaching, social practice and cultural construction. The college attaches great importance to the construction of teaching staff, and strives to build a teaching staff with complete knowledge structure, advanced educational concepts and excellent teaching quality from beginning to end. After more than two years' efforts, the college has invited experts and scholars from Jinggangshan Cadre College, Peking University, Sun Yat-sen University, Nanchang University, Jiangxi Administration College and other universities to participate in teaching seminars and give lectures as guests. In order to ensure the quality of teaching and service, and enhance the pertinence and timeliness of teaching, Jinggangshan Red Culture Education and Training Center is specially established to be responsible for the teaching implementation and logistics support of the college's teaching and research achievements.

Jinggangshan Red Culture Education and Training Center is a subordinate institution of Jinggangshan Red Culture Research Institute, which is responsible for the teaching implementation of research results and the logistics support of training courses. By offering short-term training courses, the center conducts revolutionary traditional education and red culture education and training for party and government systems, enterprises and institutions and people from all walks of life. It is a service organization integrating red training and green sightseeing. The center follows the teaching philosophy of educating people with history and putting people first, and highlights the teaching mode with experiential teaching as the main form, combined with theme teaching, on-site teaching and interview teaching.

The teaching facilities of the center are quite perfect. As training reception bases, four-star hotel Tianlefu Hotel and three-star hotel Tiangong Pavilion are both located in Tianjie Tourism Commercial and Cultural Square, a prime location in Jinggangshan, which can accommodate more than 500 students at the same time. The center also has two red restaurants, namely the red classic restaurant in an eventful year and the old Hakka farmhouse restaurant, which can meet the various eating habits of various ethnic groups and religions in China. There is also a Red Grand Theatre in the center, which can accommodate more than 1000 people and be used to hold various cultural performances. It is also the center's Red Outward Bound Training Base. The overall planning of the supporting facilities of the center adopts the original ecological retro style, which fully displays the overall atmosphere of red culture and allows students to experience red in the "red".
