The object of training local talents of rural doctors must meet the following conditions:
1, under 30 years old;
2. Obtain a diploma from a junior or senior secondary education school, or a diploma from a vocational high school, vocational secondary school, general secondary school (including secondary normal school), adult secondary school, technical school and other secondary vocational schools;
3. The registered population of the administrative village where the household registration is located is more than 1 000, and there is no village clinic at present, but it is necessary to set up a clinic, or the village doctor is over 65 years old;
4. Volunteer to take root in the administrative village clinic where my household registration is located to engage in basic medical and health services.
Localization training lasts for 3 years, with full-time study, including 2 years of theoretical study and clinical practice 1 year. Students sign a service agreement before entering school, and those who pass the exam after graduation will return to their administrative villages to work.
