A week is fast, a year or two is slow. Rapid training is mainly to train safety knowledge, how to ensure their own safety, how to organize passengers to get on and off safely, how to use fire extinguishers, how to deal with train accidents, how to open doors, how to clean, how to place spare parts, and the rules and regulations that need to be observed. Slow training is mainly to attend vocational training schools and learn basic railway knowledge, etiquette, English and railway regulations.
