Take a train from Chengdu to Wuchang Station in Wuhan and spend a few days in Wuhan, including Yellow Crane Tower, Guqintai, Shouyi Memorial Hall, Hubei Provincial Museum, East Lake and so on.

Then take the bullet train at Wuhan Hankou Station to Hefei, Baogong Temple, Anhui Provincial Museum, Huiyuan and so on.

Take the bullet train in Hefei to Nanjing, Confucius Temple, Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum, Jiangsu Provincial Museum, Mochou Lake, Presidential Palace, Yuhuatai, Purple Mountain and so on.

From Nanjing to Zhenjiang by train, you can also visit Jinshan Temple.

Take a bus from Zhenjiang to Wuxi, Taihu Lake Scenic Area, San'guo City, Water Margin, Xi Hui Park and so on.

Finally, I went to suzhou amusement land by bus and Yancheng by bus.
