7. Organize and guide communities, enterprises and institutions within their jurisdiction to actively carry out comprehensive management of social security and create activities for grassroots peace.

8. Supervise and inspect the implementation of the target management responsibility system for comprehensive management of social security, and assess, reward and punish the comprehensive management work of member units and farms and communities.
