1. Wash the shrimp and pick the shrimp line. Put it in a large bowl, add a little salt, and pour in cooking wine to remove the fishy smell. Don't use too much cooking wine, just stick the juice on each shrimp.
2. Pour the right amount of oil into the pot and cut the onion and garlic into powder for later use. When the oil is hot, pour in minced garlic, stir-fry until fragrant, add shrimps and stir-fry until just red.
Step 3 mix the juice. Mix salt, sugar and soy sauce in a bowl.
4. Pour a little oil into the pot. When the oil is hot, pour a proper amount of tomato sauce into the pot and stir-fry until it is paste. Pour the shrimp in the dish into the pot, add chopped green onion and minced garlic and stir-fry for one or two minutes.
