In order to improve employees' awareness and ability of self-protection, this system is formulated in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Law on the Prevention of Occupational Diseases and the Interim Provisions on the Supervision and Management of Occupational Health in Workplaces, and in combination with the actual situation of the unit, organizing employees to conduct training on the correct use and maintenance of occupational health regulations, knowledge, operating procedures, occupational hazard protection equipment and occupational hazard protection articles for personal use.

1. The personnel training department shall, jointly with the occupational health management department, provide employees with occupational health training before taking up their posts and regular occupational health training during their posts, publicize and popularize occupational health knowledge, urge employees to abide by laws, regulations and operating procedures on occupational disease prevention, and guide employees to correctly use occupational disease prevention equipment and personal occupational protection articles.

Second, the personnel training department, together with the occupational health management department, regularly identifies the needs of safety publicity and education training according to the requirements of laws and regulations, the actual situation of enterprises and the needs of posts, formulates and implements the safety publicity and education training plan, and provides corresponding resource guarantee.

2. Safety education and training for new workers entering the factory

Where new workers, newly transferred personnel, newly assigned college students and interns come to the factory, the personnel department shall notify the security department, and the security department shall organize three-level safety education in enterprises, workshops and teams. After passing the examination, they will be allowed to take up their posts, and the results will be filed for future reference.

2) Workshop-level safety education shall be organized and trained by workshop safety group or part-time safety officer. The educational content is as follows:

(1) Safety production organization and production process flow of this workshop.

(2) The safety technical regulations, occupational health operation regulations, safety system and rules and regulations of this workshop.

(3) The main occupational hazard factors, lessons learned from typical accidents and preventive measures in this workshop.

3) The team leader or designated person is responsible for the training of team education, and the main contents are as follows:

(3) Provisions on wearing and using labor protection articles for this post.

3. Education and training of personnel who change new posts and adopt new technologies.

Occupational health education and training should be carried out again for those who are transferred to new posts and adopt new equipment and technology. Only after passing the exam can they be allowed to work at their posts.

1) The enterprise safety management department is responsible for organizing occupational health education and training, and the content shall be implemented according to the requirements of Safety Education and Training for New Workers.

2) The post personnel who adopt new equipment and technology must go through safety and occupational health education, training, technical training and study of professional and technical personnel, and only after passing the examination can they work at their posts.

3) Inform post workers of the new equipment, its hazards and preventive measures.

4, general staff safety education and training

1) The enterprise shall conduct safety education and training on safety management and occupational health knowledge once a year for grassroots leading cadres, team leaders and full-time safety officers, and keep the assessment on file. There must be a sign-in form, teaching plan, test paper and test score roster.

2) In order to continuously improve employees' safety awareness and occupational hazard prevention awareness and enhance employees' sense of safety responsibility. Enterprises must provide employees with no less than 20 hours of safety education and training every year, with plans, sign-in forms, training teaching plans, examination papers and examination results.

3) General "three violations" personnel should receive safety education and training in the workshop for at least one day; Serious "three violations" personnel shall be given safety education and training for not less than one week by the occupational health management department of the enterprise, and the safety education and training of "three violations" personnel shall be put on record.

4) Training mode: combining regular education with irregular education, taking the form of classroom teaching, watching videos, on-site education, participating in training organized by higher authorities, inviting experts, etc.
