The continuous use of 1 month or more (including 1 month) is the lease of houses and buildings belonging to sports venues, which is not within the scope stipulated in these Measures.

Outdoor sports venues such as track and field (including stands), football field, basketball court, tennis court and badminton court; 3. Outdoor swimming pool. All of the above belong to the paid opening service scope of sports venues.
Unclear houses and buildings (including temporarily idle houses) are not included in the paid opening service scope of sports venues. (2) Open the responsible department of service management 1. The responsible unit for the use and management of stadiums and gymnasiums is the school sports department, which is responsible for the management of paid opening services of stadiums and gymnasiums.
Gymnasiums and sports venues are not allowed to open their services to the public within the use time determined by the party office and the school office and the time for arranging physical education teaching activities. 2. 5. The security department is the responsible unit for the examination, approval and supervision of the security work of the opening service of sports venues. (3) Borrowing methods of stadiums (1) Borrowing methods of foreign-funded enterprises, institutions or associations in our school 1. When the borrower uses the venue, the venue management center should have a special person to provide on-site service and management, and notify the logistics service company to arrange security personnel and sanitation cleaning personnel.
4. At the end of each use by the borrower, the venue management center shall check and accept the equipment and facilities together with the borrower. If there is any damage, both parties will issue visas and the borrower will be responsible for compensation. 5. Go through the settlement procedures of lending fees according to the prior agreement.
(2) Borrowing methods of schools, departments or societies 1. All departments and social organizations of schools should fill in an application form for the use of sports venues in advance and send it to the venue management center of the Ministry of Sports for overall arrangement. 2. Units applying for borrowing stadiums and gymnasiums must have a special person in charge when using them, and conduct on-site management until the end of the activity.
If there is no special person in charge of on-site management, the venue management center has the right to terminate or suspend the use of sports venues in the future. 3. School departments and associations borrow stadiums to carry out activities, and pay the venue service management fee at half of the stadium lending fee.
Other regulations and requirements for foreign state-owned enterprises and institutions in the same school to borrow sports venues. (III) Paid Open Service On the premise of not affecting the arrangement of school departments and teaching activities, the venue management center should provide fitness and physical exercise places for teachers and students and implement paid open service.
