Have a certain history of car sales or maintenance in the local area (such as existing garage or sales shop)
There are two ways to open a store. One way is to transform the original store into a FAW Toyota 4S store, but the hard conditions such as area must meet the relevant regulations, and it is 10 km away from other stores in the same city.
The second is to re-select the address. Similarly, the new address will also compete maliciously with other stores whose distance is more than 10 km.
The standard of the new store shall comply with the relevant regulations of FAW Toyota.
First, the application is sent through FAW Toyota FTMS official website, which is a document similar to the tender, and it should indicate the legal person, business license, operation and capital of the current company. If they are all legal, write out the store building plan and report it to FTMS management department for approval.
If approved, FTMS related personnel will conduct field visits and issue documents, which can be used for the new construction or renovation of the store.
After the completion of construction or renovation, FTMS will send people to check and accept, point out the shortcomings and improve them. When all inspections are completed, it will agree to trial operation or start business, and be eligible to enter the car or parts.
At this time, the working capital can be used for the maintenance and sales of imported parts and cars, and all employees of the special store must be trained by FTMS before they can take up their posts.
A few hard conditions:
1: The registered capital shall be at least100000 yuan.
2. The same brand 4S stores in the same city are not saturated.
3. It is more than10km away from other 4S stores of the same brand in the same city.
4. The working capital is more than 6,543,800,000 yuan (this part can be used as a commercial loan of the bank, otherwise the annual sales task assigned by FAW Toyota will not be completed, and a lot of funds will be accumulated. )
Next, the 4S store will be handed over to the local regional manager, who will be responsible for it.
