IBA (International Bartender Association) is a non-political organization of the International Bartender Association, with countries (or regions) as its member countries. IBA 195 1 was born in England. At present, 57 member countries cover Europe, North America, South America, Asia and Oceania, and many countries (or regions) are joining in succession. The location of IBA headquarters moved with the change of chairman, and now IBA headquarters is located in Singapore. IBA holds IBA annual meeting, World Cup and Asia-Pacific Cup traditional and fancy bartending competitions in designated member countries every year. IBA is recognized as the most professional and authoritative bartender association in the world.

ABC (China Bartender Association/China Bartender Association) is a national association provided by CNLCA of china alcoholic drinks association in China, with Mr. Fengli Bao Hua as the sole representative. In 2006, in the name of ABC, it submitted an application for membership in China to the International Bar Association, which was approved. After several years of observation, all member countries unanimously adopted ABC at the 20 10 IBA World Annual Meeting. Since then, Chinese mainland has no history of its own IBA branch, ending the history of HKBA (Hong Kong Bartender Association/China Hong Kong Bartender Association) which was established in Chinese mainland in recent years. From 20 1 1, ABC can only designate and send traditional and fancy bartenders representing China to participate in IBA annual meeting, World Cup and Asia-Pacific Cup traditional and fancy bartending competitions. In addition, according to the resolution of the 20 10 IBA annual meeting, the 20 12 IBA annual meeting and the World Cup traditional and fancy bartending competition will be held by ABC in Beijing, China, and ABC is actively preparing for it.
