Shandong Qinglong Mountain Ancient Pottery Museum is located in the north of Shanting Economic Development Zone, at the foot of Qinglong Mountain in Shanting Shuiquan Town. It is the first single ancient pottery museum in Shandong Province, mainly engaged in exhibition, collection, restoration, derivative development and related cultural industry activities. The total investment of this project is 65.438+500 million yuan, covering an area of 30 mu and a building area of 5,480 square meters. It is designed according to the style of quadrangles in Ming and Qing Dynasties. The collection mainly displays pottery unearthed in Dawenkou culture period of Shanting, black pottery statue, eggshell pottery and high-handle cup in Longshan culture period, hard pottery in Spring and Autumn and Warring States period, lead glazed pottery in Han Dynasty, tri-colored pottery and some Liangzhu culture in Tang Dynasty, as well as collection of Hongshan, Xiaoguo culture and modern pottery.

Shandong Qinglong Mountain Ancient Pottery Museum has become an important window to display the ancient cultural civilization, historical development and various cultural relics of Shanting (a small country). It is planned to build seven functional areas: ancient pottery collection and exhibition area, painted pottery bronze exhibition area, pottery restoration and research area, painting and calligraphy creation area, office area, training center and cultural teahouse. It mainly collects and displays more than 3,000 pieces of pottery in Dawenkou culture period, black pottery in Longshan culture period, eggshell pottery, high-handle cup, hard-patterned pottery in the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period, lead glazed pottery in the Han Dynasty, tri-colored pottery in the Tang Dynasty and some Liangzhu culture, Hongshan culture, Xiaoguo culture and modern pottery collections. Since the beginning of this year, while continuously enriching the collection, we have increased the intensity of infrastructure construction, built a new museum sign, the West Longmen and the parking lot, established an ancient pottery research and development center, and improved the major functional divisions. Approved by the Provincial Department of Civil Affairs, it was upgraded to a provincial museum of ancient pottery, and was evaluated as a provincial popular science education base by the Provincial Association for Science and Technology.
