The food safety management system refers to the management system and behavior of organizations (including enterprises and groups that produce, process, package, transport and sell) related to the food chain, which is based on GMP and SSOP, with CAC《HACCP System and Its Application Guidelines (i.e. food safety control system) of the Codex Alimentarius Commission (CAC) as the core, integrating the management elements required by the organization, and focusing on consumer food safety.
