After the theoretical training, the nursing department arranged six head nurses to give lectures and on-site guidance on intravenous indwelling needle technology, the use of micropump, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, the use of simple ventilator, ECG monitoring technology, sputum aspiration, nasal feeding, blood sugar monitoring, catheterization, aseptic technology and wearing protective clothing, which made the clinical nursing operation of new nurses more standardized, ensured nursing safety and improved the quality of nursing services.
After the training, according to the training content, the nursing department conducted theoretical assessment and operational skills assessment for the new nurses who participated in the pre-job training, and the qualified rate of the training reached 100%.
Through training, new nurses have a deeper understanding of the basic situation, development planning, various rules and regulations, nursing responsibilities, working procedures, working methods, common nursing technology operating norms and other aspects of the hospital, have a deeper understanding of the responsibilities and obligations that should be undertaken as a medical worker, have more confidence in the hospital prospects and personal career development, and effectively improve the theoretical quality, behavioral quality and ideological quality of new nurses.
