1. When electing the branch committee in general party membership meeting, the election can only be held when more than four fifths of the formal party member with voting rights attend the meeting.

Two, the party branch committee elected by the meeting, the implementation of differential election, the difference ratio of at least 20%. Five members and six candidates should be elected. The election was held by secret ballot. (If 7 members are to be elected, 9 members are candidates. )

Three, the election, the number of votes recovered is equal to or less than the number of votes issued, the election is valid; If the number exceeds the invoice, the election shall be invalid and a new election shall be held.

Four, each ballot is equal to or less than the number of people to be elected as valid votes, more than the number of people to be elected as invalid votes.

Five, the number of votes of candidates, more than half of the voters to vote, to be elected. If the number of candidates for deputies who have obtained more than half of the affirmative votes exceeds the number of candidates to be elected, those who have obtained more votes shall be elected. If the number of votes is equal and the winner cannot be determined, the candidate with the same number of votes shall be voted again to be elected. When the number of candidates who have won more than half of the votes is less than the number of candidates to be elected, another election shall be held.

Six, the candidates on the ballot, the representative may express approval, opposition or abstention. If you object, you can choose another person; Those who abstain cannot choose others.

If the representative agrees with the candidate on the ballot paper, a "○" shall be marked in the blank space before the candidate's name. If you object, please mark "XX" in the blank space before the candidate's name. Those who give up voting shall not put any symbol in the space before the candidate's name. If you choose another person, you should first mark "XX" in the blank space before the candidate's name, and then write down the name of another person in the column of other candidates, and mark "χ" in the symbol column above his name.

Ballot papers should be filled in with pen or black carbon pen.

If the written ticket does not conform to the above provisions, or the marking symbol is unclear and illegible, it shall be treated as an invalid ticket.
