What is the information officer of the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau?
Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security was formed in March 2008 by the merger of the former Ministry of Personnel and the Ministry of Labor and Social Security. Provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions correspond to human resources and social security departments (bureaus), and prefecture-level cities and counties are called human resources and social security bureaus. So, what does the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau (hereinafter referred to as the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau) do? To put it simply, the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau has done seven things:

First, it is responsible for formulating human resources management and social security policies, and establishing and improving the public employment service system;

The second is to be responsible for the recruitment, training, management, salary assessment and appointment and removal of civil servants within the jurisdiction;

The third is to be responsible for the recruitment, training, management, salary evaluation, examination, assessment, appointment and removal of professional and technical personnel, skilled personnel and rural practical talents within the jurisdiction;

The fourth is to be responsible for recruitment, examination, job title evaluation, management salary evaluation and personnel entry and exit within the jurisdiction;

The fifth is to be responsible for the formulation and evaluation of the endowment insurance policies and systems of administrative units, enterprises and institutions within the jurisdiction, including: endowment insurance, medical insurance, unemployment insurance, work injury insurance and maternity insurance;

Sixth, it is responsible for labor contract disputes, dispute arbitration, mediation and case handling of enterprises and institutions within its jurisdiction;
