What's your experience working in Ringos?
I am very tired, but I have gained a lot. This is my view on teachers' work.

Although lingoace's training time is long, the interview pass rate is low and the interviewer is very strict, I think the whole process has his reasons. On the one hand, I have gained a lot from every process of training, assessment, polishing and sorting. On the other hand, I think "high standards and strict requirements" are also responsible for children and parents, which is also the particularity of the industry of "education", so it is very acceptable to think about it!

When I simulated the scene before, although I communicated in Chinese, I learned a lot about the differences between teaching Chinese as a foreign language and daily teaching in China.

For example, learning a simple word requires word formation in China, but teaching foreign students is more about daily communication, so it is particularly important to guide them to imagine the scene of this word in life, to better grasp children's interest and explore their enthusiasm for learning Chinese.

More importantly, as a part-time teacher here, you can meet many outstanding colleagues you can't usually contact. It is also a new gain to communicate with you more.

Undeniably, the rapid development of the company's business has also exposed some management problems. While emphasizing the high requirements of teaching content and teaching methods, the company ignores the humanized management of teachers.

In view of the problems in the management and training of teachers, the management team of the company has made positive adjustments, mainly focusing on the following aspects:

1. Establish a smooth feedback mechanism for teachers and listen to their voices;

2. Standardization of the whole process of teacher interview and training;

3. Improve the promotion, salary and evaluation mechanism of teachers.
