Unloading operation is a very important part of refueling operation, and employees must be required to strictly abide by the operating rules and pay attention to operation safety.

(1) Before unloading the oil, check the oil receipt (check the name and quantity of the oil) and check the lead seal, then touch the human body electrostatic eliminator, connect the electrostatic grounding wire, accurately measure the empty capacity of the oil tank, and then connect the quick connector (connect the hose on the tanker with the oil tank). After standing for about 15 ~ 20min, open the valve to unload the oil.

(2) When unloading oil, the driver and the oil unloader should be on site and pay attention to the patrol.

(3) After unloading the oil, the oil unloader should board the tanker to confirm whether the oil is unloaded, then close the valve, loosen the quick connector, remove the electrostatic grounding wire and check that the sign is closed.

When some gas stations receive oil, they should pay attention to check the lead seal, check whether the oil contains water, and do a good job in unloading safety warning signs. These are supplementary measures to implement the operating procedures.

2. Refueling operation

The oiler must be familiar with the correct operation method of the tanker, refuel in strict accordance with the operating rules and abide by the safety management system.

(1) Before refueling, the oiler must confirm that the engine has been turned off before opening the fuel tank cover to refuel.

(2) In the process of refueling, employees should concentrate on refueling seriously, and timely and correctly handle the phenomenon of oil leakage and oil leakage in the fuel tank.
