Looking back on the work process in the past year, due to the accelerated pace of large-scale power generation by power companies, the demand for talents in the construction of new Zhuangzi and Guqiao power plants has increased, and a large number of personnel in the original production site have been transferred, and the technical force and personnel on the site have been greatly reduced. Through the planning of the factory leaders and the power generation department, the personnel were adjusted scientifically and reasonably. Let our existing main employees give full play to their potential and gradually improve our passive work situation. After many combinations, the production post personnel have formed a new collective. Under the correct command of the company's leaders, taking the work ideas put forward by the company at the beginning of the year as the goal, adhering to the production policy of "safety first, prevention first", and through the efforts of all operators, all the work task indicators were safely, stably, smoothly and satisfactorily completed, and the cumulative power generation was 654.38+054.6 million kWh, exceeding the annual planned power generation by 654.38+096 million kWh.

As the shift supervisor, I know how important my duty is. The team is the outpost and the final executor of the enterprise's safety production. As a 24-hour uninterrupted production line, operation duty is the cornerstone of safe and economic operation of power plants. Production, safety, training, team building and other work with operational value are intertwined with daily duty and are not independent of each other. As a producer, long-term value is also the most basic manager. In the past year's work, with the care and help of leaders at all levels, I kept learning and summing up, set strict demands on myself and set an example, which made great gains and improvements in both professional level and management thinking. I'll talk about my work experience from my long-term practice this year.

I. Safety in production

Safety is the basis of power industry production. "Safety is for production, and production must be safe" is also a well-known slogan. This shows the importance of safe production, and as a production line operator, it shoulders an important mission. As a long-term value, I am the first person responsible for the safety production of power plants during my term of office, and I feel deeply responsible. Over the past year, with the care of superior leaders and the support of brother departments and teams, there has been no unsafe situation in the team, and the safety goal for the whole year has been successfully completed. Specifically, it mainly starts from the following aspects: 1. Strengthen daily equipment inspection to ensure equipment safety. Equipment inspection is one of the routine work in operation. Through the equipment inspection, we can grasp the equipment operation in time, find the equipment defects at the first time, take effective measures to eliminate the defects, and ensure the safe, healthy and continuous operation of the equipment. In addition to the routine patrol work of each shift, all majors should carry out targeted inspection and special patrol work when the equipment runs under heavy load and the temperature changes suddenly in foggy days and rainy days, special weather, equipment overload or operation defects.

2. Strengthen the prevention and control of dangerous points. First of all, strengthen the operator's understanding of real danger points, overcome paralysis and fluky psychology, improve self-protection ability, and make up for the shortage of accidents caused by poor technical business and unfamiliar operation process. Secondly, strengthen the standardization of operators' operation and strictly implement the "two votes and three systems" system, effectively preventing the occurrence of illegal or even misoperation accidents caused by operators' random or unconscious actions. Finally, strictly implement the management system, strengthen safety measures, and formulate various technical measures and operating procedures in combination with the actual situation, so as to effectively curb the occurrence of misoperation accidents from technical measures. At the same time, in order to prevent operators from misoperation, this value has always adhered to the system that all professional workers in the power generation department must be monitored at the scene. 3. Strengthen the inspection and maintenance of equipment during the two seasons. During the two seasons, due to the temperature, equipment overheating, pipeline icing and other problems have brought great security risks to the safe operation of equipment, and at the same time put forward higher requirements for operators' sense of responsibility. In view of this situation, this value strives to do the work ahead. For the equipment and systems that have had safety problems due to temperature in the past, contact the equipment department in advance to take preventive measures, and at the same time strengthen inspection, keep records of operation and make accident prediction.

4.# 1 and #2 units shall be overhauled in strict accordance with "two votes and three systems". During the overhaul of the unit, all the work is very complicated. In order to prevent all possible overlapping operations in time and space, organize team members to seriously study the "two-vote three-system management system" to ensure that every link of ticket examination, ticket approval and ticket office abides by the system. Each team leader must refer to the working ticket after each succession, and have a good idea of the current work content. When handling the work ticket, we should consider not only the single equipment but also the system as a unit, and also the relationship with other professions to ensure the feasibility of the work. In the aspect of economic operation, according to different operating conditions, the operation mode is adjusted in time and actively, and the economy is maximized on the premise of ensuring safe operation. In the usual operation, I encourage employees to try boldly and explore constantly, and sum up their own operating ideas through continuous learning and discussion. In practice, it has also achieved good benefits, and various economic indicators such as coal consumption, gas consumption and auxiliary power consumption rate have been improved to some extent. In view of the abnormal working conditions such as unit overhaul, single machine operation and line operation under a single river, I emphasize strengthening stable operation, ensuring stable operation of the unit and optimizing operation mode. Inter-band maintenance power supply is an important means to reduce external power consumption in maintenance of our factory, and it is also a great danger point. I ask every operator to memorize the system and be familiar with its operation mode, so as to make the operation mode more reasonable and truly safe and economical on the premise of ensuring safety.

Third, civilized management.

In terms of civilized production, I deeply remember the secretary's words that the centralized control room is the face of our operators, so it is an important part of my daily work to maintain the sanitary environment of the centralized control room during the duty, and the working state and spirit of the employees are also full in a good environment. In addition to actively cleaning the centralized control room, I often organize the personnel on duty to carry out sanitary maintenance on the equipment under my professional jurisdiction in the middle shift and night shift to ensure that the equipment runs in a good working environment. Civilized production, I also put forward high requirements for the team members. Life is subordinate to work, and we must maintain good work enthusiasm and working state during work. First, we should set an example, seriously assess members who violate labor discipline, and actively reward and praise members who perform well. Through one year's hard work, I won the title of "civilized team" in Pansan Power Plant, an electric power company, which is the recognition of our work by the leaders. In the following work, I will, as always, keep the title of "civilized team" in our post forever.

Fourth, team building.

Team building is a complicated work process, and it is also a yardstick to examine a manager's comprehensive ability. I strive to realize the innovation of management methods and working mechanism, implement all the work of team building, improve management level and build a harmonious work collective. Take the three "improvements" as the standard, and examine whether your work is in place, that is, whether the overall quality of team members has been improved? Has the basic management level of each team leader been improved? Has the level of civilized environment construction of the team improved? The specific work starts from the following points: 1. Everyone is responsible, according to his ability, implement post responsibility system according to different posts, and strictly implement the standard operating system, patrol inspection system and regular switching system of the personnel on duty according to his ability to ensure the safe and stable operation of the unit. Full-time staff unite and cooperate, with both post division and team cooperation, so as to comprehensively enhance team cohesion. Further strengthen the implementation of the responsibility system for production safety, strictly implement various safety production management systems, conscientiously fulfill the provisions on safety production responsibility, and ensure the smooth realization of the safety production objectives in accordance with the working principle of "paying attention to practical results and paying close attention to implementation" and the working style of "strict, detailed and practical"; In the work, carefully analyze the key points and difficulties in production, formulate specific goals for team building, and conscientiously implement them.

2. Improve the assessment mechanism and lay a solid foundation for team building.

In order to ensure the implementation of team building, it is necessary to realize the up-and-down interaction, interlocking, rigorous and meticulous assessment system and management methods. Establish and improve the team attendance assessment system, good deeds reward and punishment system, safe and civilized production implementation and assessment system, small index assessment system, team life management system, etc. Strict system and standardized implementation are the basis for consolidating team building and strengthening team management.

3. Focus on improving quality and do a good job in training team members.

Under the leadership of leaders at all levels in the power generation department, we will strive to improve the business guidance, organization and coordination, and pioneering and innovative capabilities of total value management. Combined with the actual situation, actively carry out various skills training, seminars and exchange activities, provide targeted learning and training for the players, and gradually improve the theoretical level and practical skills of the players. Consolidate and improve the effect of learning and training through regular or irregular training evaluation exams and on-site exams.

4. With safety management as the center, all work runs through safety and serves safety. As one of the four-level safety networks in electric power enterprises, the construction of safety team is the ultimate executor of safety culture construction in electric power enterprises. Therefore, it is particularly important to pay close attention to safety management. Establish a "people-oriented" concept of safety management, take enterprise safety culture learning as an important part of team culture construction, and promote employees' self-protection and self-discipline.

Looking back on the past year, the ups and downs in my work are always looming in front of me, but I have to face the reality, not only to bury myself in my work and forget my work, but also to check every detail of my work and summarize and analyze my work experience when I look back.
