Establish a perfect occupational health guarantee mechanism. Including the establishment of occupational health management system and information decision-making mechanism in line with China's national conditions, perfect industrial injury insurance mechanism and stable multi-channel occupational health investment mechanism, and rational allocation of occupational health technical service resources by market mechanism.

2. Adjust China's occupational health standard system according to the adjustment object of the Law on Prevention and Control of Occupational Diseases;

3. According to the requirements of China's entry into WTO, adopt international standards to make China's occupational health standards as close as possible to international standards;

4. Further improve the operability and applicability of occupational health standards and establish an occupational health standard system suitable for the actual work of occupational disease prevention and control in China.
