Ingredients: mutton, onion, ginger, garlic, coriander, bean paste, pepper, chafing dish base, salt, cooking wine, soy sauce, pepper, sugar and oyster sauce.
Exercise:
1. Wash the mutton, cut it into small pieces, add water to the pot, and take it out after it is cooked;
2. Slice scallion, slice ginger, mince garlic and cut parsley;

4. Pour clean water, cover with mutton, bring to a boil with high fire, add chafing dish bottom material, soy sauce, pepper, sugar and chicken essence, and turn to medium heat for more than 40 minutes;
5. After stewing for 40 minutes, you can cook. Sprinkle coriander before cooking.
