The Character Experience in Diao Zhizhong's Works
Diao Zhizhong, born in 1963, graduated from Computer College of Shenyang University of Aeronautics and Astronautics (formerly Shenyang Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics) and is an engineer in 1985. China nationality, no permanent residency abroad. Worked as an engineer in the design center of Beijing Petrochemical Engineering Company. Diao Zhizhong was successively rated as "the second outstanding young entrepreneur of Haidian Science Park" and "the outstanding person of independent innovation in the 30th anniversary of reform and opening up". He clearly put forward the business purpose of providing IT products and services for the infrastructure field, and the three-dimensional business development strategy of "based on the construction field, focusing on the core business of customers and extending to the direction of software products, professional services and content information" has formed the core culture of "honesty, pragmatism, innovation and service" in the company.

Before starting a business, I worked in Beijing Petrochemical Engineering Company, engaged in the research and development of computer information. Beijing guanglianda zhonghui software technology co., ltd was established in 1998, and began to engage in the research, development and promotion of engineering cost software in the construction industry. Is one of the three founders of Guanglianda Company. After 65,438+00 years of development, Mr. Diao Zhizhong led all Guanglianda people to build Guanglianda into a prestigious IT application high-tech enterprise in the domestic construction field, and continued to provide the most valuable information products and professional services for China's capital construction field.

In the mid-1990s, Diao Zhizhong also worked as a "fashionable" enterprise information worker in Beijing Petrochemical Engineering Company. Now it seems that this job is nothing more than buying a few computers and doing some basic software development in combination with enterprise business. However, what Diao Zhizhong didn't expect was that the budget software developed by him and his companions was not only used inside Sinopec, but also used by peer companies. Diao Zhizhong's spirit does it one brace up: Can this thing become a business opportunity?

At that time, the financial software represented by UFIDA had risen, and the software vendors had been relatively concentrated. If you enter, it means facing a high competition threshold. Through the understanding and analysis of the construction market, Diao Zhizhong and his partners chose cost software with less competition and better prospects as their business in the software boom. However, at that time, there were already 100 companies in the market making cost software. How does Guanglianda break through the tight encirclement of competition? In fact, Guanglianda did not make a profit in the first few years of operation. Diao Zhizhong and his team focus on making good products and laying out the national service system.

This year, many architectural design institutes all over the country are enthusiastically carrying out the drawing board throwing project. This is a landmark event in the history of informatization in the construction industry.

In 2009, 1 1 year after the establishment of guanglianda, Diao zhizhong, the chairman of guanglianda, led the staff and moved into the newly completed guanglianda office building. Diao Zhizhong, who has always advocated letting employees live and work in peace and contentment, breathed a sigh of relief.

Guanglianda started with cost software. Today, its products have developed from a single budget software to more than 30 products in four major businesses: engineering cost management, project management, bidding management, education and training, and consulting, and are widely used in industries such as architectural design, construction, auditing, consulting, supervision, real estate development, and financial auditing, petrochemical, post and telecommunications, electric power, bank auditing and other systems. In the Oriental Plaza, Olympic Bird's Nest, National Grand Theatre and other projects, Guanglianda's products have also been deeply applied. From the establishment of 1998 to February 2008, the company has more than 70,000 customers and 320,000 cumulative users. In the software market of construction industry, the market share reaches 53% and the annual output value exceeds 200 million yuan. The advantageous project management software enterprises are all in the order of 10 million yuan.

After three waves

Judging from the individual development of the enterprise, Guanglianda has undoubtedly achieved staged success. Of course, Diao Zhizhong said that there are still longer-term goals for enterprises that have not yet been achieved.

From the micro level, the success of an enterprise benefits from the extension of internal strength. From a broader perspective, the development of enterprises can only achieve better growth if they conform to the trend of social development. Guanglianda is undoubtedly an important participant and promoter in the process of informatization development in the construction industry.

When talking about the development of informatization in the construction field, Diao Zhizhong mentioned three waves experienced by enterprises. 1992~ 1995, the first wave-informatization of design work, the whole industry has experienced the transformation of "getting rid of drawing board". 1996~2006, the second wave of informatization-cost informatization, the emergence of engineering budget software, engineering quantity calculation software, automatic bid evaluation system and other products, let construction practitioners experience the change of "getting rid of calculators". The common feature of these two waves is based on the level of post operation, which plays a role in replacing labor and improves the efficiency of posts. Now, the third wave is coming. More open global competition and cooperation, the rapid development of technologies such as architecture, materials and information, the complexity of engineering scale, and the imminent energy and environmental problems all require the construction industry to develop in a faster, more energy-saving, lower cost, lower risk and more scientific management mode. For informatization, these trends are great changes involving the whole life cycle of projects such as "design, construction, operation and commerce". Compared with the previous two waves, the third wave will be a management information wave with double improvement of efficiency and benefit. This wave should not only solve tools, but also improve the overall thinking and operation of enterprises.

With a keen sense of the development trend of the industry, Guanglianda can always get ready before the tide comes. Diao Zhizhong said that Guanglianda has been making strategic planning since 1999. Through continuous practice, application and summary, a complete strategic management system of Guanglianda has been formed. This ensures that the enterprise always walks in a continuous, stable, efficient and orderly running state.

From "Flipping" to "Sunshine Purchasing"

Behind the three waves, in addition to the spontaneous choice of the market and the promotion of enterprises, the implementation and promotion of relevant policies of government departments also play an important role. "The cultivation of enterprise information awareness needs the joint efforts of enterprises and the government." Diao Zhizhong believes that the information awareness of construction enterprises is not enough now.

During the Ninth Five-Year Plan period, the State Science and Technology Commission decided to take the vivid engineering goal of "throwing the drawing board" as a breakthrough to popularize and apply cad technology and realize the automation of drawing design. Practice has proved that this is an effective decision. At the "Ninth Five-Year Plan" summary meeting, figures show that 95% of enterprises in China's civil construction industry and nearly 70% of enterprises in manufacturing industry got rid of drawing boards because of the implementation of "throwing drawing boards".
