Professor Hu Min is a famous education expert, the father of IELTS in China, the president and principal of New Channel International Education Group, and a scholar studying in Britain. He used to be the deputy director of the English Department of the Institute of International Relations and the tutor of master students. New channels were established in 2004. He is not only the pioneer of IELTS training industrialization in China, but also the leader of TOEFL training generation and postgraduate English training in China. He was honored by the media as "the father of IELTS in China", and his classmates affectionately called him "Hu IELTS". His training concepts and teaching modes such as IELTS, TOEFL, SAT, postgraduate English and children's English have been widely used in China, and he has been invited to visit and teach in world-renowned universities and international language training institutions such as Commonwealth countries, Japan and South Korea for many times. The international education team led by him has trained more than one million young students, and has taken the lead in developing a large number of training materials and more than 300 monographs with independent intellectual property rights in the industry, most of which are regarded as classic textbooks by well-known training institutions at home and abroad.
