(1) Supervisors should check the following three items before entering the construction site (construction site).
(1) Environmental inspection before construction; (2) Equipment inspection and warehousing; ③ Safety production and civilized construction measures.
(2) Supervisors must set up safety signs when checking operations at the following locations, and hang red flags during the day and red lights at night to attract the attention of pedestrians and various vehicles. If necessary, set up a guardrail or ask the traffic police for assistance to ensure safety.
(1) Corners of streets or highways; ② Obstructing pedestrians or vehicles;
(three) crossing the road wiring need temporary parking of vehicles;
(four) ditches, potholes and other places where pedestrians and vehicles may fall;
⑤ Uncover the manhole of the cover;
⑥ Safety signs should be transferred with the change of work place, and removed immediately after work;
All landowners who need to block traffic, must be approved by the relevant departments;
(8) In the vicinity of railways, bridges and rivers where ships are sailing, red flags or red lights shall not be used to avoid misunderstandings and accidents, and signs shall be set up according to the regulations of relevant departments;
Pet-name ruby prevent all non-working personnel from entering the operation area;
Attending digging ditches and potholes on the road, in addition to setting up signs, cover with steel plates or build temporary bridges when necessary to ensure traffic;
Bicycles, tricycles or other objects shall not replace safety signs;
(3) Supervisors should check or remind the construction personnel in the overhead line construction area.
Please pay attention to the following safety regulations.
(1) When digging pole pits and wire pits, stop working immediately when encountering underground facilities such as gas pipes, water pipes or power cables.
(2) When digging pole pits and guy pits near houses or fences, if there is any danger of collapse, protective measures should be taken.
(3) Using blasting method to dig pole pits and guy pits must be approved by relevant departments.
(4) Poles must be provided with enough manpower and cranes, with a clear division of labor and unified command by experienced personnel. Check whether the tools are complete, safe and firm before poling.
(5) when erecting poles, non-construction personnel are not allowed to enter the construction site. When erecting poles near houses, don't touch the eaves and electric wires. When erecting poles near railways, highways, factories, mines and densely populated areas, there should be special personnel to maintain the site.
⑥ The vertical pole must use clamp rod, rope and crane according to the environmental conditions of the construction site.
⑦ Newly erected poles are not allowed to be put on shelves before they are tamped back to the soil.
When removing the old line, first check whether the pole root is firm. If the strength of the pole root is not enough, temporary support measures should be taken to avoid the pole falling accident.
Pet-name ruby demolition pole must first remove the line on the pole, and then remove the stay. When dismantling lines, it should be dismantled gradually from the lower level to maintain the tension balance, and all lines on one side should not be dismantled at one time to prevent the pole from toppling.
Attending the demolition across the power supply lines, roads, streets, rivers, railways, should first dismantle the crossing part, and designate a person to command the personnel on the pole to pay attention to safety.
(4) Supervisors should remind aerial workers to pay attention to the following safety regulations.
(1) Before climbing the pole, you must carefully check whether the pole root is in danger of being buried deeply and broken. If you find that the broken, rotten and unstable poles are not reinforced, don't climb; When the cement ground or ground is frozen and cannot be inspected, the pole should be placed in the direction of the line, and whether there are power lines or other obstacles around it should be observed.
(2) Before getting on the pole, be sure to carefully check whether there are any scars on each part of the ankle buckle and seat belt. Ankle buckle should be suitable for rod diameter. It is forbidden to widen or bend ankle buckles, whether to wear safety helmet and insulating rubber shoes, and whether to climb with wooden ladders and bamboo ladders.
(3) When working on the house, the tile house should be pointed, the bungalow should be edged, the asbestos tile house should be nailed, the cement tile house should be edged, and the ceiling should be edged. When working on the ceiling, you must use traveling lights.
(4) When the pole is raised or lowered, the tightener must be used, and it is not allowed to be shouldered or pushed and pulled. Small logarithmic cables can be supported by ladders.
⑤ When hanging boards or bamboo ladders are used along the messenger wire, it is necessary to check whether the poles will topple, whether the messenger wire and splint cable are loose, and the operation can be carried out only after the safety is confirmed.
6. It is forbidden to stand or squat on the edge of windowsill and balcony. If you have to work on the windowsill, be sure to fasten your seat belt and tie the rope around the pole to a solid object indoors. It is forbidden to throw telephone lines and sundries out of the window.
⑦ Two people are not allowed to work up and down on the same pole at the same time. After working on the pole, fasten the safety belt around the pole below 50 cm from the top of the pole. When working on the pole, protective measures should be taken or special personnel should be assigned to monitor under the pole.
Don't carry any heavy tools and materials when you are on the pole, and don't throw tools and materials between the pole and the ground personnel at will.
Pet-name ruby no one is allowed to stay tight when working on the pole, and no one is allowed to work on the pole until it is tight. When working on the corner pole, stand on the side opposite to the tension direction of the line, and fall off the defense line to hurt people.
(5) The supervisor shall remind the personnel working on power lines to pay attention to the following safety regulations.
(1) When working under or near the power line, contact with the power line must be prevented. When stringing, tightening and pulling wires, the minimum clearance should be kept with the high-voltage lines: lines below 2.5m and 35kV; The line above 35KV is 4M.
(2) When working on the three power plants (lights, trams, telephones) and cement poles, you must keep a safe distance from power lines, light lines, household lines, trolley feeders, transformers, knives and other power equipment to avoid danger.
(3) During operation, lines with unknown purposes are treated as power lines. When there is a power line above the pole, the head of the operator shall not exceed the top of the pole. Tools and materials used shall not touch its auxiliary equipment. During the operation, if any power cord or user light cord contacts and disconnects on the communication line or operation area, the operation shall be stopped immediately.
(4) When erecting lines under high-voltage lines, dry ropes should be used to control lines within the top of poles to prevent high-voltage discharge accidents or electric shock accidents caused by line jumping.
⑤ When lifting near overhead power lines, the minimum distance between the crane and the hoisted objects and power lines shall not be less than that specified in the table.
