In the process of equipment installation and debugging, the winning integrator shall be responsible for on-site training for technical personnel and teachers of the project school, mainly including equipment installation, debugging, use, management, diagnosis and elimination of common faults, etc.
2. Use training. Education administrative departments at all levels should organize and implement training on the use of distance education engineering equipment in accordance with the principle of synchronous training or training before use, so that each project school has one or two backbone technicians (teachers) who have a solid foundation, can skillfully use equipment, master preliminary application skills and can handle simple equipment failures.
3. Applied training. All localities and schools should carry out different forms and levels of teacher application training on the basis of application training, and train all teachers through backbone training and off-the-job training, centralized training and daily learning, school-based training and CD-ROM training.
