1. Have technical secondary school degree or above in engineering or engineering economics, and have been engaged in construction management of construction projects for 2 years;

2. Have a technical secondary school degree or above in other majors and have been engaged in the construction management of construction projects for 5 years;

3. Engaged in construction management of construction projects 15 years.

(two) personnel who have obtained the qualification certificate of professional second-level construction engineer may apply for taking the corresponding professional examination of second-level construction engineer.

(3) The requirement of relevant working years refers to the sum of the working time of the applicant in this major before and after obtaining the academic qualifications, calculated according to the first anniversary.
