As a production monitor, I have three main experiences on how to do a good job of the team: understanding thoughts, caring for life, and doing a good job of "mentoring".
Understanding thoughts means always paying attention to their ideological trends when getting along with employees. When getting along with old and new colleagues, don't talk big, lie or put on airs. Employees come from all parts of the motherland. When they get together, they should care for each other, love each other and help each other. As a team, we should pay more attention to observing the changes of each employee's words and deeds, just as people pay attention to the changes of the four seasons. When new problems are found in the work of the staff of this team, they should be analyzed and solved in time to prevent them before they happen. Understand each employee's thoughts, let employees think together and work together, and the team will have centripetal force and cohesion.
Caring for colleagues' daily life is one of the effective methods of team work behavior. Especially in the face of the post-90 s employees who have hardly suffered, they will feel unaccustomed and unconfident when they come into contact with strict rules and regulations and mandatory working hours just after entering the society. As the workshop monitor, we should give them care and encouragement, and establish their self-esteem and self-confidence.
Doing a good job of "mentoring" can make new employees grow up quickly and become independent as soon as possible, which is a very important job. "Pass on" is to pass on a good work style to new employees, so that they can realize that only a good and quick work style can complete production tasks with good quality and quantity, otherwise it will lead to defective products and waste products, which will not only affect the company's reputation, but also affect their own income. Keep in mind our slogan: quality equals dignity, efficiency equals profit, and I am responsible for my affairs.
"Help" is to help new employees understand the company's rules and regulations as soon as possible and quickly master the technical operation at work. The team leader should be enthusiastic in speaking, patient in explaining problems, and attentive in guiding practical operation techniques. Let new employees operate more and practice more, be proficient in production technology in a short time, and provoke the beam of production tasks.
"Take" means that the team leader should take the lead and set an example. I must do what employees can do first. While the iron is hot, you need to be hard, and demonstrate it to employees at the critical moment. Only in this way can I have motivation and form an atmosphere of scrambling to learn skilled skills.
