The "5+3" integrated talent training mode for Chinese medicine specialty is based on the orientation of running a school and the overall goal of talent training, five modules, five infiltration and five combinations, and highlights the talent training mode of "health-centered, Chinese medicine-led, western medicine-assisted, combination of medical care and training, and innovation from teachers". Students who pass the five-year undergraduate study directly enter the postgraduate education stage, which is organically connected with the standardized training of Chinese medicine residents. Undergraduate education, professional degree postgraduate education and standardized training for residents are effectively linked, and the training process of five-year undergraduate education and three-year postgraduate education is arranged as a whole, and the teaching of postgraduate degree courses and standardized training theory courses for residents is arranged as a whole. Based on cultivating high-level talents of traditional Chinese medicine who pay equal attention to inheritance and innovation, and whose knowledge, ability and quality develop harmoniously.

(1) Curriculum: The first five years are in accordance with the requirements of the five-year curriculum, and the last three years are in the professional master's stage connected with the standardized training of residents, mainly completing the courses and clinical practice required by the professional master's and standardized training of residents.

② Graduation and degree awarding: both arts and sciences. Those who pass the comprehensive examination will be awarded professional degrees of bachelor of medicine and master of medicine in stages, and at the same time obtain corresponding academic certificates. According to the requirements of standardized training for residents, obtaining the qualification certificate of practicing doctors requires taking the national qualification examination for practicing doctors, completing the standardized training for residents, and obtaining the certificate of standardized training for residents after passing the examination.

③ Students' employment and further study direction: they are mainly engaged in clinical medical treatment, medical education and medical research for the medical and health industry, or take further studies to obtain clinical doctoral students from Chinese medicine colleges, research institutes and medical institutions nationwide.
