Safety management of suspended scaffolding

Suspended scaffolding is a rigid frame welded by steel bars. It is hung in the hook ring buried in the building structure or the hook bolt set in the reserved hole by hook and other measures, and it is lifted step by step with the structure construction. Suspended scaffolding is simple to manufacture and uses less materials. It is mainly used for painting and jointing the external walls of multi-storey buildings. However, due to its poor stability, improper use is prone to accidents.

(a) the construction plan

1, the use of scaffolding should be prepared according to the engineering situation. The key to the design of hanging scaffold is the hanging point, which must have sufficient strength and safe use, and can be used to bury reinforcing rings or adopt the method of through-wall bolts. Because the external load is added to the building structure by external legs and frames, the strength and stability of the building structure should also be checked. Before the scaffold is put into use, the pressure test shall be carried out for at least 4 hours under the uniformly distributed load of 2kN/m, and the welding conditions of lifting points and hangers shall be checked.

2. The construction scheme should be detailed, specific and targeted, and its design calculation and construction details should be approved by the superior technical director.

(2) Manufacture and assembly

1, the material selection and specifications of the frame body must be carried out according to the requirements of the construction scheme, and the covered electrode and weld should be selected according to the design requirements and inspected according to the specifications.

2. The specific practices and requirements of lifting points should have detailed construction drawings and production requirements. All suspension points can be used in the construction site only after they meet the design requirements one by one. 3. Because the supporting point of scaffold board is hanger, the spacing between scaffold boards should not be greater than 2m, otherwise the scaffold board will have a large span under load and be prone to fracture accidents.

(3) Materials

1, used steel and covered electrode should have material certificates. Repeated use of steel frames should be carefully checked. Often, due to demolition, steel frames are dropped from a height, resulting in local welding or deformation, and can only be used after repair.

2. Steel should be treated with rust prevention. If rust is found through inspection, it can only be used again if it is confirmed that it does not affect the material.

(4) scaffolding

1, when laying scaffolding, check the scaffolding first and hang it up. Scaffolding must use 5cm thick boards, and bamboo scaffolding is not allowed. To carefully select the boards with good decay and toughness, the boards must grow to more than 20cm.

2, scaffolding should be covered tightly, after lap along the length direction and scaffolding binding is firm.

3, it is forbidden to appear probe plate, in case of a corner, hanging shelves should be closed with a net, probe plate should be sealed outside; Or take other reliable measures to spread the scaffold board alternately to avoid the probe board.

(5) disclosure and acceptance

1. Before the scaffold enters the tower, the person in charge of construction shall, according to the quality requirements of the construction scheme, designate special personnel to check one by one and repair the unqualified hangers. If it is still unqualified after repair, it shall be scrapped.

2. Before formal use, carry out load test as required to confirm that the scaffold meets the design requirements.

3, inspection and test should have a formal format and content requirements of written materials, and signed by the person in charge.

4. Before formal installation or use, the person in charge of construction shall make detailed disclosure and inspection to prevent accidents.

(6) Load

1, the suspended scaffold is a tool scaffold, the construction load is 1KN/m, and it cannot be overloaded.

2. Generally, each span is no more than 2m, and there are no more than 2 workers, so there should not be too much storage to avoid load concentration.

(7) Frame protection

1, vertical poles shall be set at the outer side of each suspended scaffold for setting two protective railings, and skirting boards shall be set at the lower part of each suspended scaffold.

2. The outer side of the suspended scaffold must be closed with a dense mesh safety net, and the doors, windows and holes at the bottom of the scaffold should also be protected.

3. A protective layer should be set at the bottom of the scaffold to prevent the operational layer from falling. You can use a flat net to cling to the bottom of the scaffold board, or you can use a dense mesh safety net and a flat net double net to prevent people from falling.

(8) Installation personnel

1, scaffolding installation and removal work is dangerous, you must choose experienced scaffolder and specially trained personnel to hang scaffolding, to prevent accidents at work.

2. When laying scaffolding on the hanger, the operator must fasten his seat belt because there is no flat net protection at the bottom.
