Microsoft China is a branch of Microsoft Corporation in China. Since 1992 entered China and set up its Beijing representative office, it has formed a structure with Beijing as its headquarters and branches in Shanghai, Guangzhou, Wuhan and Shenzhen. The following is my method of applying for Microsoft Office Certified Lecturer (MCT), I hope it will help you!

Step 1: Get Microsoft certification.

According to Microsoft's global standards, you must obtain one or more Microsoft certificates listed in the list before applying to become MCT. The purpose of this requirement is to verify that you have proved your technical skills and teaching ability. Once you are certified by Microsoft, it means that you can skillfully use Microsoft software and technology in the field or work related to Microsoft certificate.

Step 2: fill in the registration form of Microsoft certified lecturer MCT

Step 3: Submit the application materials.

Applicants must send the following three materials or information to mslchina@microsoft.com and jinxinguo@mstraining.org.cn.

A. Microsoft certification

Applicants need to submit an electronic version certified by Microsoft.

B. Letter of recommendation

MCT should work in Microsoft-certified Advanced Technical Training Center (CPLS). In order to prove the skills of MCT applicants in Microsoft-related products and teaching, applicants need to submit 1 letters of recommendation from CPLS and 2 letters of recommendation from students. (Among them, the letter of recommendation from students should come from two different students you have actually taught, and the letter of recommendation from CPLS should come from the CPLS supervisor you are currently working for. C.MCP ID and MTM ID

Microsoft uses the Important Indicators (MTM) tool to collect customer satisfaction evaluation data after training. In order to register for the MCT program, you must obtain an MTM ID. If you don't have MTMID, please log on to the MTM website to apply.

Step 4: Pay the interview fee and attend the interview.

Microsoft China will review all the materials submitted by MCT applicants, and qualified MCT applicants will be interviewed by MCT interview experts (interviews are divided into initial and second interviews). After receiving the interview notice, MCT applicants should pay the interview fee to the management center in time.

Step 5: Pay the annual fee of MCT and get the certificate.

After receiving the interview qualification confirmation letter, the MCT applicant shall pay the annual MCT fee 360 yuan to Microsoft China. Microsoft MCT global project team will implement it for the applicant in time? Microsoft Certified Lecturer (MCT)? Qualification registration. When the applicant formally obtains the MCT qualification, he can log in to www.microsoft.com/mct to download the certificate and visit the MCT member website.

B) letter of recommendation

In order to prove the skills of MCT applicants in Microsoft-related products and teaching, the applicants need to submit two letters of recommendation from students and 1 letter of recommendation from Microsoft Certified Advanced Technical Training Center (hereinafter referred to as CPLS) (among them, the letters of recommendation from students should come from two different students you have actually taught, and the letter of recommendation from the CPLS supervisor you are currently working for should at least include the affirmation of your past work and the fact that you are expected to become an MCT). C) MTM identity card
