The application conditions for employment subsidies in Guangdong Province are as follows:

2. When starting a business, college students must serve as the legal representative of the enterprise, and the total contribution of the core members of the college students' entrepreneurial team is not less than 30% of the registered capital;

3. Students who apply for venture capital in ordinary colleges and universities must hold the certificate that they were hatched during their school days, and they are entrepreneurial projects transformed in urban areas.

The application process is as follows:

1, apply for funding from the service center of College Students Pioneer Park;

2, by the personnel bureau and the Finance Bureau and other relevant departments to review the applicant's information;

3. Publicize the list for 5 working days;

4. After approval without objection, issue a notice of approval;

5. Special funds for college students' entrepreneurship of the Finance Bureau.
