1. hand over human resources to the employing department.

2. Induction package

It mainly includes: employee handbook, system handbook, job description, address book, organization department structure, flow chart, function table of each position of the company, office area map, company address, contact information and surrounding traffic map. Description of each system and login id and password, such as OA, email, HR system, etc. Some intimate companies will also have life guides, such as eating, wearing, living and playing.

3. Welcome email for new employees

4. Colleague introduction and office environment

Generally, it is done by the department manager, mainly from the introduction of colleagues in the same department and colleagues who have direct working contact within this position, which is convenient for later work and team integration.

5. Have the first meal with new colleagues.

If you have the best funds for group building, you can have a meal and chat casually to enhance your understanding and feelings. If there is no group building fund, I suggest that the head of the department treat you and grab something to eat, which is not necessarily expensive, but mainly the atmosphere. If it is inconvenient, everyone's aa system is also an option.
