Putonghua testers are generally recommended by testing stations at all levels, attend tester training courses organized by provincial testing centers or provincial language committees, and some of them pass listening, testing and examination papers, and meet the hard conditions such as intermediate professional titles, preferably a bachelor's degree in Chinese language and literature, in order to become Putonghua testers.

There is basically no such channel for you to sign up as a tester.
