In order to quickly curb the current outstanding problems, the state has decided to carry out special actions to safeguard students' rights and interests according to law, resolutely control behaviors that violate the laws of education and teaching and the growth of teenagers, promote the solution of the problem of excessive extracurricular burden of primary and secondary school students, and ensure the healthy growth of primary and secondary school students.
The state hopes that students can be screened out after a fair education and then receive a better education, which is most beneficial to social development.
Legal basis: Article 33 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Protection of Minors. Schools should cooperate with the parents or other guardians of underage students to reasonably arrange their study time and ensure their time for rest, entertainment and physical exercise.
Schools shall not occupy national statutory holidays, rest days and winter and summer vacations, and organize underage students in compulsory education to make up lessons collectively to increase their learning burden. Kindergartens and off-campus training institutions shall not conduct primary school curriculum education for preschool minors.
Legal analysis: The reasons for banning training institutions are as follows:
1, which increases the burden on students;
2. Disturbed the educational environment.
In order to make a profit, some training institutions, regardless of the relevant regulations, do something that violates the laws of education by hook or by crook, which greatly destroys the educational ecology. For example, after-class study, robbing students by improper means, and even spending a lot of money to dig public school teachers. All these have caused serious interference to the public schools established by the state.
