Study Discipline Regulations, Integrity and Self-discipline Guidelines, Regulations on the Work of Local Committees, Regulations on the Work of Party Groups (for Trial Implementation), Regulations on the Selection of Leading Cadres of the Party and Government, Regulations on the Work of Grass-roots Organizations in Colleges and Universities of the Chinese Production Party, Interim Provisions on the Management of Leaders in Institutions, Implementation Opinions on Upholding and Perfecting the Principal Responsibility System under the Leadership of Party Committees in Colleges and Universities, and Working Rules for the Development of party member by the Chinese Production Party.

Three. Learning arrangements and requirements

1.5 Before the end, individuals should conduct self-study according to the learning content, understand the basic contents of various party rules and regulations in party constitution through self-study, master the basic theory, and think in combination with the actual work.

2. Before the end of May, all party branches and central groups of Party committees in colleges and universities should organize centralized study, focusing on the Regulations on Disciplinary Actions and the Code of Integrity and Self-discipline.

3. Learn deeply, understand the spiritual essence, and enhance the effectiveness of learning. We should pay attention to the combination, combine with reality, and organically combine learning and education with doing our job well.

2. Content of study: The full text of "Integrity and Self-discipline Guidelines of China * * * Production Party", Articles 7, 9, 16, 18, 19, 27, 28, 29, 30 and 33 of the Regulations on Disciplinary Actions of China * * * Production Party.

3. Learning form: in the form of general party membership meeting (Party class), the general manager of the branch.

4. Learning requirements: the branch secretary should organize personnel to read, organize discussions after learning, and make records.

Third, the second concentrated study

1. Time: late June.

2. Learning form: Through the combination of special party classes and "micro-party classes" and activities to commemorate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Party, party member was given a party class closely related to the theme of "two studies and one work".

3. Learning requirements: Leading members should contact the branch in depth to give party member a special party class, and the party secretary of the workshop party organization will give party member a party class in the non-contact branch. Leading members and contact branches should communicate in advance to determine the time of party classes. After the party class, it is necessary to organize some party member to carry out a "micro-party class" with the theme of "I joined the party that day", which is not only an extension and feedback to the special party class, but also a good form of self-education. It is necessary to guide party member to prepare his lecture notes in advance, pay attention to the use of examples around him, strengthen interactive communication, answer questions, and enhance the attraction and appeal of party classes. Every branch should have records, and party member should have written manuscripts. The record of "micro-party class" only needs to reflect the process of "micro-party class" and party member's name, and the written manuscript is kept by the branch, and the number of speakers is guaranteed to be more than 3.

Fifth, the fourth concentrated study

2. Learning form: discussion and exchange in the form of all general party membership meeting.

3. Focus of discussion: ① How to strictly abide by the party's discipline and rules, know how to respect, dare to be true, be able to struggle, and consciously be a model of discipline and rules; How to maintain noble moral sentiments, take the lead in setting an example, maintain a healthy lifestyle, stay away from vulgar tastes, and resolutely resist bad styles. Party member should check its own problems against the norms and regulations, so that every party member can distinguish right from wrong, right from wrong, right from wrong, right from wrong, right from wrong, clear the direction of efforts, and enhance the sense of reverence for norms and regulations and the consciousness of implementation.

The Party Committee and Discipline Inspection Commission of the station will take party member cadres as the main body, take party classes as the basic form, and combine the monthly meeting of the station to preach the principles and regulations to all party member.
