Shanghai Tourism Training Center is responsible for the training and examination of Shanghai tour guide qualification certificate. At present, the tour guide card is divided into primary, intermediate, domestic and international tour guides. The examination contents include China cultural topics, tour guide lyrics creation, basic knowledge of Chinese language and literature, basic knowledge of tour guides, tourism regulations and current affairs policies, and foreign languages. Procedures and requirements for issuing tourist guide cards

1. Issue a new certificate

Each candidate will receive the Application Form for Tourist Guide Card in duplicate from the Municipal Tourism Bureau with the Notice of Achievement (provincial travel agencies will go directly to the Examination Office of Tourist Guide Card of the Provincial Tourism Bureau), fill in the form as required, post photos and submit it to the travel agency for review and seal (the seal of the department/store is invalid, the same below). The relevant person in charge of the travel agency will submit the application form together with two large-inch color photos and one small-inch color photo to the municipal tourism bureaus, and the municipal bureaus will go to the Tour Guide Examination Office of the Provincial Tourism Bureau for handling (the provincial travel agency will hand it over directly).

* Note to candidates: The Tourism Bureau does not accept candidates' registration forms (the same below).

The junior tour guide must return the old tour guide card when applying for the certificate. If they don't have the old tour guide card, they must declare it lost in Nanfang Daily.

2. Processing time (the same below)

It will be completed within 15 working days from the date when the guidance and examination office of introspection tourism bureau agrees to handle it. If there are special reasons for the extension, it will be announced in advance.

Handling fee (the same below)

1. Tour guide qualification certificate/grade certificate: 15 yuan/Zhang.

2. Tourist guide card: 15 yuan/Zhang.

3. Lost substitutes

The lost tourist guide card must be declared lost in Nanfang Daily (format: "The tourist guide of the travel agency lost the tourist guide card (tourist guide card number), and now it is declared invalid"). I will fill out two application forms for tourist guide cards and post photos. After being audited and sealed by the unit, I will submit it to the municipal tourism bureaus together with the unit certificate, the lost statement newspaper and the one-inch color photo. The city bureau won't.

* Statement

If the tour guide qualification certificate and grade certificate are lost, they still have to be declared invalid in the newspaper, but whether they can be reissued depends on the notice of the National Tourism Administration.

3. Renewal of old certificates

Only the three certificates (qualification certificate, tour guide card and badge) are complete, with the unit certificate and the certificate of the Municipal Tourism Bureau, and approved by the Quality and Standardization Management Office of the Provincial Tourism Bureau.

* Replacement procedures

I fill in the Application Form for Tour Guide Card in duplicate, paste the photos, and submit them to the Municipal Tourism Bureau together with the unit certificate, qualification certificate, tour guide card, badge and two color photos one inch big and one inch small. According to the actual situation, the Municipal Tourism Bureau will produce the certificate, fill in the registration form of the tourist guide card, and submit it to the Quality and Standardization Management Office of the Provincial Tourism Bureau for review (the provincial travel agency will directly submit it to the Provincial Tourism Bureau for review), and go through the relevant formalities after the review.

4. Change and renewal

Tour guides of travel agencies in Guangdong Province must change their tour guide cards when they move in the province; Licensed tour guides from other provinces working in travel agencies in our province must also change their tour guide cards, but their certificates must be stamped by the National Tourism Administration before they can be processed.

* Replacement procedures

Tour guides in the province shall fill in the application form for tour guide card in duplicate and post photos. After being examined and sealed by the new unit, it shall be submitted to the Municipal Tourism Bureau together with the transfer certificate of the new unit, the resignation certificate of the old unit, the old tour guide card and the one-inch color photo.

In addition to the above procedures, licensed tour guides outside the province must also take the "Basic Knowledge of Guangdong Tourist Attractions" exam organized by the Guidance and Examination Office of the Provincial Tourism Bureau, and those who pass the exam can apply for a new card. The examination time shall be notified to the travel agency by the examination guidance office of the provincial bureau.

5. Expired replacement/damaged replacement

The tourist guide card will be accepted two months before its expiration.

If the tour guide's guide card is damaged during the tour, you can apply for renewal.
