With China nationality, graduates apply for residence registration or residence permit in Hebei Province, and students study in Hebei Province. Their residence registration or residence permit application places meet the registration conditions and requirements, and meet other conditions stipulated in the Teachers Law, the Regulations on Teachers' Qualifications and the Measures for the Implementation of the Regulations on Teachers' Qualifications. It is planned to apply for the qualification of internship instructor in kindergarten, primary school, junior high school, senior high school and secondary vocational school.

Residents of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan who study, work and live in Hebei Province can take the qualification examination for primary and secondary school teachers locally. The valid documents for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents to apply for the qualification examination for primary and secondary school teachers are Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents' residence permits, Hong Kong and Macao residents' travel permits to and from the mainland, and mainland travel permit for taiwan residents, which are valid for five years. Other conditions and procedures for applying for the qualification examination for primary and secondary school teachers are the same as those for mainland applicants.

Those who have been disqualified as teachers may not apply for the exam within 5 years. Those who are deprived of political rights, or who have received criminal punishment of more than fixed-term imprisonment for intentional crimes, may not sign up for the examination.

Educational qualification

To apply for the kindergarten teacher qualification examination, normal graduates should have a secondary education degree or above in preschool education, and non-normal graduates should have a college degree or above.

To apply for the primary school teacher qualification examination, you should have a college degree or above.

To apply for the teacher qualification examination of junior middle schools, senior middle schools and secondary vocational schools, one should have a bachelor's degree or above.

To apply for the qualification examination of internship guidance teachers in secondary vocational schools, one should have a college degree or above.

Students who meet the following conditions can apply for the corresponding examination with their academic qualifications:

1. Students above grade three in pre-school education colleges with secondary education;

2. Students above grade three in ordinary colleges and universities;

3. Two-year college graduates and five-year college graduates;

4. Full-time graduate students.

Students from non-ordinary colleges and universities must apply after graduation.
