Green Yanling organization mainly holds Baiyangdian Lake, daily environmental protection projects, low carbon and other activities. Now, Green Yanling Organization is the first (and only) regional youth environmental protection organization in Hebei. At present, the membership structure of the Green Yanling organization is mainly Baoding high-efficiency college students, but it also includes social workers, private environmental protection individuals, government officials, environmental protection experts, media reporters and other social status personnel, with the environmental protection associations of colleges and universities in Hebei Province and the ecological environment and residents in Hebei as the main service targets.

The aim of Green Yanling Organization is to care about people's livelihood, ecological environment, biological species and our own homes.

Objectives of the organization in recent years:

(1) unite youth and social environmental protection forces in Hebei, promote exchanges and development between them, strengthen mutual assistance and cooperation, and jointly develop environmental protection in Hebei province.

(2) Obtain the latest environmental protection information, organize environmental protection enthusiasts to practice and publicize together, and promote the development of environmental protection.

(3) Carry out long-term investigation and treatment of Baiyangdian Lake, improve the ecological environment of Baiyangdian Wetland and the economic situation of local residents, and promote economic development.

(4) Serve the development of the Association, organize training and train a group of people with leadership, project management, team management, enthusiasm, innovation and sense of responsibility, so that the Association can cultivate more outstanding environmental protection talents. Sharing resource information with colleges and universities has become a platform for colleges and universities to communicate with the outside world, serving the learning exchange between local colleges and social people, strengthening students' environmental protection power and making them better cooperate.

Long-term development direction of the organization:

The short-term goals are mainly backbone training, environmental education and supervision, inspection and implementation. After a few years, when backbone training and environmental education are no longer often needed, our work will mainly turn to poverty alleviation, student assistance, voluntary love activities and so on. However, environmental supervision, inspection and implementation will continue for a long time. The time limit of Yanling Team green camp is set to complete the improvement of residents' living standards and ecological environment within 20 years, which is in line with the content of "Pearl of North China" and biological species protection. Focus on one content in each time period and radiate summer projects from different aspects.

Job description of each department:

Office: responsible for the collection of words and pictures required by the project, the collection of materials, the collection of the latest news from the whole country to the whole world and the network release; , including cashier, financial management, financial report and financial budget; It mainly consists of office information management, meeting records and historical records; Supervise the work summary of each department, coordination between departments and year-end summary.

Network management department: information uploading, announcement and activity notification, external publicity of activities and organizations, volunteer recruitment, volunteer file management, and contact with universities and external organizations, institutions, media and government.

Project department: responsible for some daily activities, such as organizing exchange and study, environmental protection festival activities, project declaration, publicity, etc. Green map project and Qingguo Qingcheng project can be used as alternatives to traditional projects.

Training Department: Training matters, training information release, environmental protection education and publicity work (community, square, school and other places), providing opportunities for institutional staff to participate in off-site training and learning, and providing opportunities to participate in off-site green camps and wider activities.

Yanling Team: Based on the investigation of the present situation of Baiyangdian wetland (including ecological environment and biological species) and the living and economic conditions of local residents, put forward feasible solutions or improvement plans as the work plan for the next few years.
