3. The preliminary qualification examination of candidates for personal online newspaper only examines the integrity of electronic photos and registration information, and the final qualification examination of registration is subject to the results of on-site qualification review after approval. Candidates who pass the personal online newspaper should bring the qualification examination materials to the vocational skill appraisal institution in the place of registration to complete the on-site qualification examination within 10 working days after the results are released. 4. Personal online newspaper candidates need to upload their recent electronic photos. The requirements are as follows: a recent bareheaded two-inch ID photo in the format of. Jpg and a picture size larger than 100 pixels × 100 pixels and smaller than 20kb. The uploaded photos are not clear or can not reflect my own characteristics, which may affect my examination or certificate use, and candidates are responsible for this.
