Jiaxing Nanhu College, located in Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province, is a full-time undergraduate college approved by the Ministry of Education and sponsored by Jiaxing Municipal People's Government. It is the first applied undergraduate college in Zhejiang Province that has completed the transformation from an independent college, and it is also the only municipal public undergraduate college in Jiaxing.

The predecessor of the school is Nanhu College of Jiaxing University, which was founded in 2003. Under the background of "one hundred years since the founding of the Party", the school was successfully transferred from June 5438 to February 2020.
