Energy conservation authorities in various regions should strengthen the overall coordination and organization of energy conservation supervision, strengthen communication and coordination with industry departments such as industry, construction, transportation, public institutions, commerce, energy and relevant departments such as statistics and market supervision, explore the establishment of an inter-departmental energy conservation supervision mechanism, and form a joint effort. Energy conservation supervision institutions should combine guidance services with law enforcement supervision, actively publicize energy conservation laws, regulations and policy requirements to the monitored objects, and guide and help the monitored objects to tap energy conservation potential and use energy scientifically and rationally. (5) Strengthen the application of results. Energy conservation authorities in various regions should intensify energy conservation supervision, announce the energy conservation supervision to the society, announce the list of illegal enterprises according to law, severely investigate and punish illegal energy use, and comprehensively use administrative punishment, credit punishment, ladder electricity price and other means to enhance the binding force of energy conservation supervision.
