Changyuan cuisine vocational and technical college is a full-time general higher vocational college approved by the Henan Provincial People's Government and put on record by the Ministry of Education. Located in Changyuan City, Henan Province, which enjoys the reputation of "the hometown of chefs in China", it has perfect infrastructure, elegant and unique environment and complete modern teaching facilities. The predecessor of the college was the Anyang District Chef Training Course founded by Changyuan 1963. In 2006, Fan, the chairman of Changyuan Yinhe Group, funded the establishment of Changyuan Boda Culinary College. 20 10 was upgraded to full-time higher vocational college.

The college currently has 35 higher vocational majors, including Culinary Art and Nutrition College, Food College, Cultural Tourism College, Business Administration College, Information Engineering College and Preschool Education College. Four professional clusters, namely, culinary arts and nutrition, preschool education, e-commerce and information engineering, have been initially formed, among which the culinary arts and nutrition professional cluster is a "double-high" construction project in Henan Province, and the "food sculpture" course is an ideological and political demonstration project of vocational education courses of the Ministry of Education.
At present, there are 79 professional training rooms for Chinese cooking, Western cooking, Chinese and Western cakes, catering service, hotel management, information engineering, e-commerce, preschool education and food testing, which meet the practical teaching needs of various majors.
