1. The total construction area of off-campus training institutions for culture and art shall be no less than 200m2, the construction area of teaching rooms shall be no less than two thirds of the construction area of training institutions, and the per capita training area shall be no less than 3m2 during the same period.

2. Cultural and artistic off-campus training institutions shall have facilities, equipment and teaching materials that are suitable for training categories, training levels, training projects and training scales.
