Persons who meet the following basic conditions can sign up for the Jiangsu Teachers' Qualification Examination:

1. has the nationality of the people of China;

2. Have a Jiangsu household registration, or hold a residence permit in Jiangsu Province within the validity period, or study full-time in ordinary colleges and universities in Jiangsu Province;

3. Abide by the Constitution and laws, love education, and have good ideology and morality;

4. Meet the physical examination standards for teachers' qualifications in Jiangsu Province;

5. Meet the academic requirements stipulated in the Teacher Law:

(1) Those who apply for kindergarten, primary school and junior high school teacher qualifications should have college education or above (among them, normal students with preschool normal school or secondary normal school education can apply for kindergarten or primary school teacher qualifications consistent with their studies);

(2) To apply for the qualification of a senior middle school teacher, one should have a bachelor's degree or above in a normal college or other university;

(three) to apply for the qualification of teachers of cultural courses and professional courses in secondary vocational schools, they shall have a bachelor's degree or above in normal universities or other universities;

(four) to apply for the qualification of internship instructor in secondary vocational schools, they should have graduated from ordinary secondary vocational schools and above, and have a professional and technical position of assistant engineer or above or a technical level of intermediate and above workers.

Full-time third-year and above students in ordinary colleges and universities and full-time fourth-year and above students in five-year higher vocational colleges can apply for the teacher qualification examination at the corresponding academic level.
