2. The power distribution on the construction site shall be arranged in accordance with the Technical Specification for Safety of Temporary Electricity Use on the Construction Site. The power supply system adopts TN-S protective conductor and neutral conductor grounding system separately, and the three-phase five-wire power supply system must meet the requirements of three-level distribution and two-level protection.
3. Each electrical equipment must meet the requirements of "one machine, one brake and one leakage box", the line signs should be clear, the leads should be neat, and each electrical box should have doors and locks to meet the requirements of rain and moisture. The electrical equipment used shall conform to the current national standards and shall have a certificate of conformity. The equipment should have a nameplate, and the electrical equipment in use should be kept in good working condition.
4. The power distribution room must meet the requirements of "Four Preventions and One Ventilation" to ensure fire prevention, moistureproof, waterproof, animal prevention and good ventilation. The room should be equipped with insulation equipment, supporting electrical fire fighting equipment, emergency lighting and other safety appliances.
5, the establishment of temporary electricity construction organization design and safety technical measures for examination and approval system, and establish the corresponding technical files.
6. Establish a technical disclosure system, in which professional electricians and all kinds of electricity users introduce the overall intention, technical content and matters needing attention of temporary electricity construction organization design and technical measures for safe electricity use, and perform the signing procedures of the disclosure person and the disclosure person on the technical disclosure written materials, indicating the disclosure date.
7. Establish a safety inspection system. Starting from the temporary power utilization project, the temporary power utilization project shall be tested regularly, including the grounding resistance value, insulation resistance value of electrical equipment, operation parameters of leakage protector, etc.
8. Establish electrical maintenance system, strengthen daily and regular maintenance work, discover and eliminate hidden dangers in time, and establish maintenance records, recording maintenance time, place, equipment, content, technical measures, treatment results, maintenance personnel and acceptance personnel.
9, the establishment of engineering demolition system. After the completion of the project, the demolition of the temporary electricity utilization project should have unified organization and command, and the demolition time, personnel, procedures, methods, precautions and protective measures should be specified.
10, establish patrol inspection and assessment system. Construction management departments and enterprises should regularly inspect and evaluate the site electricity safety according to JGJ59-99 "Safety Inspection Standard for Building Construction".
1 1. Establish a responsibility system for safe electricity use, and implement the operation, monitoring and maintenance of all parts of the temporary electricity use project to people, supplemented by necessary rewards and punishments.
12, establish a safety education and training system, and regularly conduct electricity safety education and training for professional electricians and various electricity users. Anyone who takes up the post must hold a post certificate issued by the relevant department, and it is strictly forbidden to take up the post without a license.
Legal basis: Article 26 of the Regulations on the Administration of Work Safety in Construction Projects, the construction unit shall work out technical safety measures and temporary electricity utilization plans in the construction organization design, and work out special construction plans for the following sub-projects that reach a certain scale and are dangerous, with safety inspection results attached, which shall be implemented after being signed by the technical director and chief supervision engineer of the construction unit, and supervised by full-time safety production management personnel on site:
(1) foundation pit support and dewatering engineering;
(2) Earthwork excavation;
(3) formwork engineering;
(4) Lifting and hoisting works;
(5) scaffolding engineering;
(six) demolition of blasting engineering;
(seven) other dangerous projects stipulated by the construction administrative department of the State Council or other relevant departments.
The construction unit shall also organize experts to demonstrate and review the special construction schemes involving deep foundation pits, underground excavation projects and tall formwork projects in the projects listed in the preceding paragraph.
The standards for dangerous projects that reach a certain scale as stipulated in the first paragraph of this article shall be formulated by the administrative department of construction of the State Council in conjunction with other relevant departments of the State Council.
