Composition:
Flour 300g, warm water 150g, tenderloin 150g, carrot 1 root, onion 1 root, ginger 1 slice, salt, soy sauce and cooking wine.
Exercise:
1. Mix flour with warm water, knead into dough, and let stand for 20 minutes.
